✨ ROTA NANNY POSITION – Earl’s Court, London ✨1 Week On / 1 Week Off

A lovely family based in Earl’s Court is currently looking for an experienced Rota Nanny to care for two children aged 1 and 4 years old. The eldest child will start school in September 2026, so the role will include helping maintain a structured routine and supporting early learning.

We are looking for someone mature, reliable, independent and active, with a warm personality and a genuine passion for childcare and child development.

👶 Main Duties

  • Providing attentive and nurturing care for the children
  • Organising educational and age-appropriate activities
  • Managing the children’s daily routine and schedule
  • Preparing healthy meals for the children
  • Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, children’s laundry, organisation)
  • Supporting developmental milestones
  • Being available to wake during the night if the youngest wakes
  • Creating a safe, stimulating and structured environment

🕒 Schedule

  • 7 days on / 7 days off rota
  • 24-hour cover during working week
  • Breaks provided during the day

🏡 Accommodation

  • Private ensuite bedroom provided while on duty

✈️ Travel

  • Occasional summer travel with the family (not mandatory)

💰 Salary

  • From £80,000 gross per year, depending on experience

✔️ Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience, particularly with toddlers
  • Checkable references
  • Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
  • Paediatric First Aid certificate
  • Fluent English (French would be a bonus)
  • Non-smoker
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
  • Discreet, professional and proactive attitude
  • Passion for early childhood development and educational play
