A lovely family based in Earl’s Court is currently looking for an experienced Rota Nanny to care for two children aged 1 and 4 years old. The eldest child will start school in September 2026, so the role will include helping maintain a structured routine and supporting early learning.
We are looking for someone mature, reliable, independent and active, with a warm personality and a genuine passion for childcare and child development.
👶 Main Duties
- Providing attentive and nurturing care for the children
- Organising educational and age-appropriate activities
- Managing the children’s daily routine and schedule
- Preparing healthy meals for the children
- Light housekeeping related to the children (tidying play areas, children’s laundry, organisation)
- Supporting developmental milestones
- Being available to wake during the night if the youngest wakes
- Creating a safe, stimulating and structured environment
🕒 Schedule
- 7 days on / 7 days off rota
- 24-hour cover during working week
- Breaks provided during the day
🏡 Accommodation
- Private ensuite bedroom provided while on duty
✈️ Travel
- Occasional summer travel with the family (not mandatory)
💰 Salary
- From £80,000 gross per year, depending on experience
✔️ Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional nanny experience, particularly with toddlers
- Checkable references
- Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
- Paediatric First Aid certificate
- Fluent English (French would be a bonus)
- Non-smoker
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Discreet, professional and proactive attitude
- Passion for early childhood development and educational play
