A lovely French family based in SW6, London is looking for a warm, reliable and engaging French-speaking nanny to support their children after school, particularly with their French language skills and French homework.
📍 Location: SW6, London
📅 Days: 4 or 5 days per week
⏰ Hours: 4:00pm–6:00pm
🏫 Schedule: Term time only
💷 Salary: £24 gross per hour
The family is looking for someone who genuinely loves working with children and can make learning French enjoyable and engaging.
Main Duties
- Supporting the children with their French homework and schoolwork
- Speaking French with the children and encouraging them to develop their vocabulary and confidence
- Organising educational, creative and age-appropriate activities
- Making French learning fun through games, reading, conversation and other activities
- Keeping the children engaged and entertained after school
- Providing a warm, positive and encouraging environment
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a fluent or native French speaker who is warm, patient, enthusiastic and confident supporting children with their education.
Previous experience working with children is essential, and the family would particularly appreciate someone creative and proactive who enjoys organising educational activities.
