We are currently seeking a warm, engaging, and reliable after-school nanny to join a lovely bilingual family based in South Kensington, London, caring for a 5-year-old girl.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a nanny who enjoys supporting a child’s development, confidence, and independence through creative play and engaging activities. The child attends Lycée Français, and the role will focus on managing the after-school routine in a positive and nurturing environment.
Key Details:
- Location: South Kensington, London
- Child: 5-year-old girl
- School: Lycée Français
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (3:30pm – 7:00pm) & Wednesday (12:30pm – 7:00pm)
- Hours: 20.5 hours per week (25+ hours guaranteed with additional babysitting)
- Start Date: April 2026 (long-term position)
Responsibilities:
- School pick-up and management of the afternoon routine
- Organising engaging activities, arts & crafts, and playdates
- Supporting the child’s confidence, independence, and overall development
- Preparing simple and healthy meals
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS check
- Valid references
- Positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
Salary: £22 gross per hour
