Petit Monde Agency is recruiting an experienced French-speaking Live-in Nanny for a high-net-worth family in Marylebone, London, caring for three boys aged 3, 5 and 7.
Location: Marylebone, London
Start Date: 31st August
Position: Live-in, with separate accommodation provided across the street
Salary: £65,000–£80,000 gross per year, depending on experience
French: Excellent level of French required
Driving: Essential
Travel: Extensive travel with the family, including approximately two months in Switzerland during the summer and additional time in Switzerland between December and March
Working Hours: Approximately 7am–8pm
Days Off: 2 days per week, not at weekends
About the Family
The nanny will care for three boys aged 3, 5 and 7. The family also has older, independent sisters who do not require nanny care.
There is another nanny who provides support after school and at weekends. However, the successful candidate will take the lead in managing the boys’ daily routine and ensuring their days are well organised, active and engaging.
Duties
The role will include:
- Managing the children’s morning and evening routines
- School preparation and organisation
- Homework support
- Planning and organising educational, creative and sporting activities
- Taking the children to and from activities and appointments
- Supporting their development, independence and good manners
- Managing the children’s schedules and daily organisation
- Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children
- Children’s laundry and keeping their areas organised
- Creating a warm, structured and stimulating environment
- Working closely with the parents and the wider household team
- Travelling with the family as required
This is a hands-on and active position for a nanny who is confident taking responsibility, highly organised and enjoys being fully involved in the children’s day-to-day lives.
The Ideal Candidate
The family is looking for an experienced, proactive and energetic nanny with excellent French and strong organisational skills. The ideal candidate will be warm, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine passion for working with school-aged children.
The successful candidate must be a confident driver, comfortable with extensive international travel and able to adapt to a busy family schedule. A long-term commitment is essential.
