Petit Monde Agency is currently looking for an experienced, energetic and reliable part-time housekeeper for a lovely family based in Parsons Green, SW6, with Fulham Broadway being the closest tube station.
This is a long-term position for a family who highly values loyalty and consistency. Their previous housekeeper stayed with them for seven years, and they would therefore particularly appreciate someone who has demonstrated longevity in previous housekeeping positions and is looking to build another long-term relationship with a family.
The housekeeper will work five days per week, Monday to Friday, for approximately 4–5 hours per day. The family can be flexible with the schedule and can consider either mornings or afternoons, although afternoons would be preferred.
The role will primarily focus on maintaining the family home to an excellent standard. Duties will include general cleaning, laundry, ironing, keeping the home tidy and organised, and general household upkeep.
A high standard of cleaning and ironing is particularly important for this position. The successful candidate should be confident ironing men’s shirts and have excellent attention to detail.
The property is arranged over different floors, so the family is looking for someone energetic, active and comfortable moving around the house throughout the working day.
This is primarily a housekeeping role and does not normally involve childcare. However, on occasional urgent occasions, the family may appreciate some flexibility to assist with a school run.
The family also has a small, elderly and relaxed dog, so the housekeeper should be comfortable working in a home with a pet.

Hours: Approximately 4–5 hours per day

Salary: Up to £24 gross per hour, depending on experience
