Petit Monde Agency is looking for a warm, energetic and confident Live-in Au Pair to join a busy family based in Hampstead, NW3, caring for four girls aged 6, 4 and 1.

The family is looking for someone who can be an extra pair of hands for Mum, particularly during the busy morning and after-school routines.

Location: Hampstead, NW3

Children: 3 girls aged 6, 4, and 1

Start date: Mid-September

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Hours: 32 hours per week

Monday to Friday: 7:00am–10:00am and 3:00pm–6:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am–10:00am

Salary: £400 per week

Contract: Long-term

The Role

The au pair will work alongside Mum and provide an extra pair of hands with the three girls, particularly before school and during the afternoon and evening routine.

Duties will include helping the children get ready in the morning, assisting with meals, supporting the after-school routine, spending time with the girls and helping to keep their bedrooms and play areas tidy.

Some light housekeeping will also be required, particularly tasks related to the children and helping to keep the family home organised.

The au pair will have several hours free during the middle of the day between the morning and afternoon shifts.

Candidate Requirements

The family is looking for someone warm, patient, energetic and confident with young children.

With four young siblings in the household, it is particularly important that the candidate understands sibling dynamics and is comfortable managing tantrums and disagreements between the children in a calm and positive way.

Previous childcare experience is required. The candidate should also be comfortable working alongside a hands-on mother and genuinely enjoy being part of a busy family environment.

A good level of English is essential. An additional language would be very welcome.
