Petit Monde Agency is looking for a highly experienced Live-in Nanny or Maternity Nurse to care for 5-month-old twins for a lovely family based near Sloane Square, London.

Schedule: 24-hour coverage shared with another nanny
Salary: DOE – depending on experience

The Role
This is a shared-care position working alongside another nanny. The family is looking for an experienced professional who is genuinely comfortable working as part of a team and has a flexible, collaborative attitude.
The two nannies will work together to organise the babies’ 24-hour coverage, shifts and appropriate rest periods, ensuring consistency and excellent care throughout the day and night.
The role is fully focused on the twins and their care, routines and development.
Main Duties
- Providing excellent care for the 5-month-old twins
- Feeding and bottle preparation
- Sterilising bottles and baby equipment
- Managing and maintaining appropriate sleep schedules and routines
- Babies’ laundry and clothing
- Keeping the nursery and babies’ areas clean and organised
- Providing age-appropriate stimulation and developmental activities
- Supporting the babies’ routines as they grow
- Working closely with the other nanny to ensure continuity of care
- Travelling with the family when required
- All other baby and nursery-related duties
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Nanny or Maternity Nurse with excellent baby experience and strong previous experience caring for twins.
The successful candidate should be calm, reliable, organised and knowledgeable about infant care and development. They must be an excellent team player who is comfortable sharing responsibilities, communicating clearly and coordinating shifts with another nanny.
Spanish-speaking would be a bonus but is not essential.
