A lovely family based near Hyde Park is looking for a fun, energetic and engaging Live-Out Nanny to care for their three young children, aged 1, 3 and 5.

Salary: £20 gross per hour

Working Hours
The family can offer flexibility depending on the availability of the right candidate. The position could be based around either:
- Afternoon hours, approximately 3:00pm–8:00pm; or
- Daytime hours, approximately 9:00am–5:00/6:00pm.
Occasional weekend morning availability would also be a bonus.
The Role
This is a shared-care position, working in collaboration with another nanny. The successful candidate should therefore be comfortable working as part of a team and communicating well to ensure consistency for the children.
The family’s main priority is finding someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and brings warmth, enthusiasm and positive energy to their day.
The nanny should enjoy reading with the children, playing and engaging with them, and planning creative, educational and age-appropriate activities. Someone proactive who can keep the children stimulated, happy and engaged would be ideal.
Light household duties relating to the children would be a bonus, although excellent childcare and engagement with the children remain the family’s priority.
The family would also particularly value someone who is happy to travel with them when required.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be caring, energetic, reliable and engaging, with previous childcare experience. Good spoken English is essential, and the nanny should be comfortable working collaboratively with another nanny.
