Petit Monde Agency is looking for an experienced, warm and proactive Full-Time Live-Out Nanny-Housekeeper for a lovely family based in Fulham, SW6, caring for three children aged 12, 10 and 8.
This is a genuinely long-term opportunity. The family’s previous nanny stayed with them for eight years and became a much-loved part of the family. They are now hoping to find someone who would like to build a similar long-term relationship with them.

The Role
The position combines childcare with housekeeping responsibilities.
In the morning, the nanny will help the family’s 12-year-old daughter get ready for the day and prepare breakfast. She is non-verbal but very able, and the family is looking for someone warm, patient and engaging who will enjoy building a strong relationship with her.
During the day, while the children are at school, the nanny-housekeeper will take responsibility for keeping the family home clean, tidy and well organised.
Housekeeping duties will include:
- General cleaning and tidying
- Laundry and ironing
- Keeping bedrooms and living areas organised
- Managing the children’s clothes and belongings
- General household organisation
- Proactively noticing and taking care of tasks that need to be done
After school, the nanny will mainly focus on spending time with the oldest girl, playing with her, engaging her in activities and supporting her routine, while Mum collects the other children.
Mum is involved and around to help, so the position is not generally sole charge.
Travel and Additional Responsibilities
The family travels during school holidays, mainly within Europe, and would appreciate a nanny who is happy to travel with them as an extra pair of hands.
Occasional babysitting may be available but is not mandatory.
From time to time, the parents may go away for a weekend, so the nanny should also be comfortable with occasional proxy parenting.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Be active, dynamic and energetic
- Be proactive and able to work independently
- Have a good level of English
- Have strong housekeeping and organisational skills
- Be warm, patient and confident with children
- Be comfortable working alongside an involved parent
- Be happy to travel with the family when required
- Be looking for a stable, genuinely long-term position
- Ideally be a confident driver, although driving is not essential
